POSITION OVERVIEW
Avero is looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers as they design and implement against Avero's various internal and user-facing applications. You will help foster a highly collaborative and quality-focused engineering culture that addresses the complex business problems our customers and partners face. Through mentorship you will help grow the skills of Avero's existing engineers. You will also play a key role in the hiring and onboarding of new engineers, as needed. This is a 100% remote role reporting to Avero's Director of Engineering.
