Our customer in Berne, IN is looking for an experienced leader to join their Supply Chain team. This person will be managing the purchasing and suppliers, leading a team of 2 experienced buyers, and overall in charge of negotiating contracts and making sure product is coming in as needed. This person should have experience working in purchasing, ideally related to metals, and have great leadership skills - they need someone who cares about people, enjoys learning how to motivate individuals and can really foster a team environment.
This person should have strong computer skills / ERP experience, be a great communicator, be able to manage vendor relationships and be excited for new challenges / growth.
