TITLE: Creative Media Specialist
LOCATION: Broomfield, CO
TYPE: Contract/Contract to Hire
PAY: $35 - $45/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Creative Media Specialist for a space engineering company in Broomfield. This role would help design and create creative media content for trade show presentations. This would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in content development and media production looking to further their career!
- Create engaging video content by crafting scripts, developing storyboards, and editing videos to deliver impactful messaging.
- Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and videos, often transforming abstract concepts into innovative, creative deliverables.
- Collaborate directly with government clients, as well as with team members, managers, engineers, and scientists, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Foster and sustain strong professional relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the broader organization.
- Maintain positive interactions to support a collaborative and efficient work environment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 2 or more years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, video production, or advertising.
- Must be able to provide a reel/and or example of a written script for a complete application.
- Must be skilled in storyboarding, concept art and design.
- Working knowledge of design systems and software required for Broadcast Design (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
- Must have excellent time management and ability to meet fixed deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Must have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously and switch from one to another.
- Experience with audio engineering.
