LOCATION: Carson City, NV
TYPE: Permanent/Direct Hire
PAY: $85K-$95K/yr.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our President and CFO by ensuring smooth and efficient executive operations. Acting as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide confidential, high-level administrative support while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the President’s and CFO’s schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications directed to the President and CFO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Plan, organize, and execute meetings, including agenda preparation, logistical arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while anticipating executive needs to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support key strategic initiatives by tracking project progress, coordinating team efforts, and preparing status updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with integrity.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, record-keeping, and office organization with efficiency.
- Act as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" to the President and CFO, ensuring effective time management and access control.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, responding proactively to urgent matters and ensuring follow-through.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company policies regarding quality, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with financial data, costing models, and percentages.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace or related industries is a plus.
