About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to support our Engineering and Compliance teams.
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with MS Office, data entry, CMMS systems, and office equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Preventive Maintenance (PM) services.
- Distribute and update PM reports.
- Assist in scheduling PM activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
