PAY RANGE: $80-88/hr. W2

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our innovative forestry manufacturing clients! This would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in project management for large-scale construction developments. This is an immediate need for someone to manage all phases of construction for the development of a new plant facility.
- Act as the construction manager during construction and demolition activities, overseeing crews to ensure work is done safely, according to plans, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate closely with the project manager to address issues early and perform safety audits.
- Own and manage the project schedule, including labor outlooks
- Lead construction meetings and coordinate field inspections with Engineering and Contractors.
- Follow site-specific safety protocols, assist with permitting and inspections, and manage building permit inspections and trade coordination.
- Participate in design reviews and conduct pre-inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead MOC (Management of Change) documentation and collaborate with mill personnel on lockout identification.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience in large-scale projects, with 5 years in construction management.
- Strong background in industrial site work, safety codes, and manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of US/Arkansas building codes, safety standards, and construction management practices.
- Experience in industrial construction (preferably in wood products) and familiarity with SAP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a solid understanding of scheduling and planning for industrial environments.
