TITLE: Soldering Assembler
LOCATION: Onsite in Redmond, WA
Shift: Swing 5:30 am-2:30pm M-F
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6 month contract
PAY RANGE: $23 - $28/hr DOE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are partnering with a very busy and thriving aerospace engineering/manufacturing company in Redmond, WA that is seeking to hire a Soldering Assembler to perform high-level soldering and assembly on electronic components on aerospace control panels.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, Solder, and Test Products: Perform precise assembly, soldering, and testing of products such as Lightplates, ISP’s (Illuminated Switch Panels), and CPA’s (Control Panel Assemblies). Utilize computerized data systems, photometers, electrical testers, and other specialized equipment to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Electronic Circuit Assembly (ECA): Construct ECAs according to engineering specifications, using J-Standard soldering techniques to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards. Follow detailed drawings, schematics, and PBS (Process Build Sheets) documents to complete tasks accurately.
- Part Marking and Identification: Apply permanent and accurate markings to components and assemblies, ensuring traceability and compliance with organizational or regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience to include assembly and the ability to read blueprints and routings.
- Work is detailed in nature and requires good eyesight, and the ability to work with small parts and use of a microscope.
- Experience working with wires and strong soldering skills (SMT & Thru-hole) is preferred.
- Must demonstrate excellent quality and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills to document work.
- Excellent communication skills and attendance record.
REQUIREMENTS:
To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
