Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through our live chat platform
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing their accounts
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support as needed
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and resolve potential customer issues
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve our customers
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Proficient in using live chat software and Microsoft Office
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving problems
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and products is a plus, but not required
