What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Residential Coach, you will be at the heart of our therapeutic environment, helping residents thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compassionate Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, while employing trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions.
- Community Engagement: Facilitate resident participation in group activities and community events, fostering social connections.
- Goal Achievement: Encourage and guide residents in reaching their personal goals, contributing to their growth and well-being.
- Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and supportive atmosphere that promotes healing and stability.
- Documentation: Accurately document services and interventions, ensuring compliance with care standards.

- Weekend Differential: Enjoy an additional $1.00 per hour for shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and company-observed holidays.

- Full-time and part-time positions available
