While we provide training on the bridal industry, we are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills to ensure our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist brides-to-be with their questions about our dresses, sizing,, and online orders. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat while ensuring that each bride feels supported throughout their shopping journey. We're hiring for a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:45-5:45.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information on products, sizing, and orders.
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage customer data and records efficiently in our system.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience (retail, call center, or online service preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus.
- A passion for weddings and helping brides is a bonus, but we will provide full training in bridal-specific knowledge.
