As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to leadership in the region you support. You will take ownership of key HR initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership to achieve results and ensure our HR strategies support the company’s rapid growth. - Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing actionable insights and solutions that drive results and foster employee development.
- Provide experienced guidance to leaders, helping them navigate challenges, build high-performing teams, and cultivate a culture of accountability and growth. Empower managers with the coaching and support they need to lead effectively and confidently.
- Support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring people and processes adapt to the needs of our rapidly growing organization.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and proactively develop strategies to address emerging challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor in managing employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent solutions that align with organizational values.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management processes, ensuring leaders have the tools and support to build and lead exceptional teams.
- Forecast workforce needs and create strategic plans to address talent acquisition, retention, and development requirements.
- Partner proactively with key functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Onboarding, and Training & Development to deliver cohesive, integrated HR solutions across the organization.
