We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure our community remains a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of the building, its systems, and the surrounding grounds.
- Manage the maintenance and security departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Director (assisted living experience is a plus!).
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a small team.
