Job Title - Reinforcement Learning Engineer

Customer - Our customer is a stealth mode start-up entity, looking to hire highly qualified resources, to build next-generation robotic systems, based on reactive intelligence software and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms for robotic applications
- Design and conductexperiments in simulation and on physicalrobots
- Analyze experimental results and participate in improving the learning pipeline
- Research and evaluate model architectures
- Train computer vision models using real and synthetic data, and validate their real-world performance
- Research and developmethods for efficient rewardfunction design.
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Expert knowledge in deep learning, in particular in one or more of the following areas: reinforcement learning, computer vision, learning from demonstrations, and hierarchical RL
- Strong understanding of robot learning tools and techniques, including physics simulators, hardware implementation, policy deployment, data collection and instrumentation
- Deep expertise in neural network architectures, includingspecific purpose models with real-time constraints to large-scale foundation models
- Proficiency in Python or C/C , experience with at least one deep learning framework, and knowledge of good software engineering principles.
- Proven track record of successful robotlearning projects in academia or industry
