Job Title - Senior Project Manager in Networking
Duration - Contract - W2 - 1099
Location - Jacksonville, Florida, United States
Role:
- Five (5) to ten (10) years industry experience in networking environment and at least 3 years of Technical project Management
- Experience responsible for gathering requirements, scoping a project and produce an executable plan for delivery utilizing Microsoft Project.
- Document deployment processes, support change requests and liaison with carriers and vendors for installations
Required Skills:
- Advanced networking technology skills along with a good understanding of cross platform technologies;
- Certified project manager (typically PMI PMP, PRINCE or comparable);
- In Depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies with at least the following technologies Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee and Checkpoint;
- Strong understanding of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP/IP, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP);
- Strong understanding of ITIL, network security concepts and service management principals
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issues;
- Good communication skills, fluent in local language and English (written/verbal);
- Strong Stakeholder management ability
- Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization;
