SUMMARY
Avetta is looking for a highly organized person with experience researching, understanding, and assessing localization content and country compliance requirements for HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and supply chain risk mitigation to facilitate both Avetta's and client's Go-To-Market readiness in new international geographies. This will include research and proposal of cost-effective in-region/in-country partners, translation providers and subject-matter experts. The Director will also assess regulatory and legislative requirements as applied to Avetta's HSE & Supplier Risk software in new countries to be entered.
You will be in a role that is a hybrid of traditional jobs in planning, project management, and operations. Reporting to the SVP, Professional Services and partnering with senior leadership on other functional teams to ensure successful implementation of localized content. You will be able to operate across geographical boundaries, have cross-cultural sensitivity and experience of interacting directly with customers and clients proactively defining best practice playbooks entering into new geographies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate and work with product teams regarding global readiness including product localization and translation processes to continuously improve product offerings to address client expectations, the evolving market and maintain Avetta's position as industry leader in supply chain risk management.
- Develop configuration requirements as well as user guides and training manuals for new markets, building tracking and reporting on important metrics.
- Drive the global readiness life-cycle of Avetta products for international markets as subject matter expert of localization content and country requirements inclusive of legal and industry compliance for consortium forms.
- Accountable for developing partnerships and programs with 3rd parties to accelerate growth for Avetta.
- Provide localized content including company information and mandatory licenses, legal requirements, EHS regulatory requirements and future improvements, EHS lagging indicators, worker role and requirements and payment modality consulting.
- Evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies.
- Educate Product Teams regarding world readiness and content localization processes and requirements. Support the implementation of international requirements within Product roadmap.
- Responsible for country readiness and launch readiness reporting and dashboards in support of Avetta product go-live dates across EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
- Champion the use of Wrike plans and work with implementation teams to ensure Global Readiness tasks are adopted, delivered to plan and in accordance with client deliverables.
- Define strategic business goals and implementation workflows for the international markets including product and content features through a data driven roadmap.
- Co-ordinate configuration updates and country logic for country or regional specific standards including working with teams to ensure legal readiness covering EUSA, data privacy compliance and financial readiness inclusive of currency, payment modality, invoicing and payment tax compliance.
- Deploy robust quality assurance practices across user experiences by country and product offering. Escalate issues timely and drive resolution across teams to ensure client success.
- Accountable for the Global Readiness team to record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and to communicate timely KPI information to relevant parties.
- Lead a growing team of Global Readiness professionals.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- Track record of managing language and content localization projects for B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong organizational skills, Project or Program Management experience.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages preferred.
- 5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience (management consulting, corporate strategy, sales/business operations, GTM strategy, or similar).
- Experience launching teams or products in new markets (GTM – Go-to-Market).
- Experience working with and motivating teams in a growing environment.
- Familiarity with computer aided translation platform or tools.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives and can work effectively with all levels.
- You are an entrepreneurial, strategic thinker and are excited to dive into tough problems and build new processes / deliverables from scratch.
- You can develop frameworks to support strategic decisions and are accomplished at detailed execution.
- Demonstrated ability conducting complex analysis to build actionable insights through a combination of technical requirements, data analysis and cultural awareness.
