SUMMARY
The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technology and business operations. In this role, you will analyze, document, and optimize key business processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your efforts will empower business leaders, enhance process efficiency, and drive measurable improvements in performance and user experience across our business systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- P rocess Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze and document critical business processes across systems and departments.
- Create and maintain Lucid Charts to visually represent workflows and dependencies.
- Requirements Gathering & Prioritization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Ensure completeness of ticket information and facilitate prioritization with business leaders.
- Solution Development & Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
- Work with the training team to deliver effective user training for new processes and systems.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support stakeholders during UAT to validate new features and enhancements.
- Provide guidance on tracking and reporting the impact of process changes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within existing systems and processes.
- Contribute to project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Additional Duties
- Support team initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
