SUMMARY
The Senior Financial Analyst within Avetta's Financial Planning & Analysis team will play a pivotal role in delivering intelligence on key top-line metrics, ensuring insights flow across the organization, telling stories with data analysis, influencing strategic decision-making, and advancing planning and forecasting.
This role is a key link between global Finance, Billing, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, and Leadership teams, and is on the forefront of financial performance. As part of the team, you'll leverage data to deliver insights into the business and build systematic processes needed to boost efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven assumptions inplanning. If you reside within 30 miles of an Avetta office, you will follow a hybrid work schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Advance insights on vital business metrics (e.g., gross and net retention rates, pipeline, churn)
- Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify and communicate business trends, gaps, opportunities, root cause drivers, and storyline to leadership
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic long-range planning for cash billings, revenue, and KPIs
- Provide insightful variance analysis to contribute to Executive Management and Board of Directors reporting
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand and enhance system data flows, reporting processes, and analytics
- Conduct financial analysis for various strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests, such as pricing models, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess risks and potential outcomes

The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $150,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
