SUMMARY
The Senior Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap to align with both business objectives and customer needs.
As a key leader in the product team, you will oversee the investigation, analysis, and documentation of features and functionality within your product portfolio for Avetta's flagship SaaS platform, Connect . You will craft and articulate the vision, strategy, and business value of your product portfolio, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, including internal teams, executive leadership, and customers.
This position demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product features, and a passion for driving innovation. The Senior Product Manager may mentor or lead junior product managers while regularly engaging with executives and external stakeholders to ensure business and customer success.

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The salary range for this position is $87,500 - $224,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
