RIB U.S. COST is seeking Construction Cost Estimators to join the Cost Estimator team to provide conceptual through definitive estimates. RIB is a leader in providing project controls related services across all vertical markets within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will become part of team that is setting new standards in Project Delivery for industry in applying new methods and new technology to create innovative and value-added results to every step of the process.

Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with a team of estimators who are qualified to perform capital cost estimating.
- Aids with the resolution of difficult and complex estimating problems, reconciliation with the contractor, comparison analysis between estimate submission and response to estimate comments.
- Adheres to all policies related to the handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Prepares material takeoffs on the most complex projects, drawings, and plans.
- Reviews takeoffs provided by others and checks for mathematical and technical accuracy.
- Performs complete QA / QC on the complete estimate.
- Prepares detailed breakdown of components and elements of estimates for systems and subsystems.
- Assigns material, equipment, subsystem, and subcontractor costs and labor costs to the estimate takeoff and quantification. Obtains quotes for materials and services from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepares cost estimates for all types of projects, from concept, SD, DD, CD to change order estimates.
- Participates in client review and presentation meetings as required.
- Support the development of energy and sustainability analysis.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
