This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

Flex work hours, 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service, three paid volunteering days, primary and secondary parental leave, well-being support, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns regarding license modifications, customer support, and order entry.
- Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application.
- Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics.
- Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance.
- Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application.
- Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in DAX.
- Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed.
- High school graduate, some college
- Great attitude, able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (end of months/quarters).
- Ability to learn continuously – about the job you are responsible for, but also about our company and what we do.
- Curiosity about data and systems to drive continuous improvement and work with IT to implement changes when necessary.
- Possess both verbal and written communication skills to work through issues that may arise.
- Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative.
