Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations to effectively guide and inspire the service team.
- Oversee the daily expediting of food and beverage services, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with food and beverage services.
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members.
- Monitor payroll and create employee schedules to ensure efficient staffing.
- Develop and implement creative promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
- Manage the food and beverage budget to ensure financial targets are met.
- Minimum of 3 years of related management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to identify and respond to the diverse needs of members with innovative solutions.
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Hands-on management style with a focus on mentoring and training team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting and re-prioritizing as needed.
