What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Generalist, Full-time position at AVI Foodsystems Inc?
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Full-time Office Generalist. This position will work Monday through Friday, day-shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate extension
- Act as the liaison between your department and AVI’s Headquarters Service Center
- Greet visitors in a pleasant and informed manner
- Accurately process paperwork and electronic documents
- Coordinate with Rental Companies and AVI’s various locations for rental needs
- Track repairs of AVI vehicles, contacting vendors for update status
- Maintain various spreadsheets and responsible for sending daily/weekly reports to HQ personnel
- Ensure confidentiality of all paperwork and reports
- Perform other clerical and administrative functions as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include proficiency in Excel
- Outgoing, personable and able to communicate with all levels of a company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Experience in data entry
