Responsibilities :
- Lead the hands-on food preparation / service teams at multiple retail food locations
- Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location
- Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards
- Take a hands-on operational approach; must have the willingness and drive to be involved in the success of the day-to-day operations of the business
- Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to, food and physical safety programs
- Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security concerns)
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Perform any other duties as specified by management
