AVI Foodsystems is looking for a qualified candidate to immediately fill the role of Line Cook, Full-time at Flight Options, one of our corporate transportation accounts in Richmond Heights, OH. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and involves cooking gourmet breakfast and lunch for 150 employees.
The wage for this position is $18/hr.

Must possess these skills and qualities:
- Fast, efficient, self motivated and punctual
- Knowledge of culinary styles from around the world
- Good knife skills
- Expert in food safety rules and regulations
- Personable to the public and good customer service skills
- Strong grasp of basic mathematics, counting money, kitchen measurements and conversion
- Familiar with common kitchen equipment and appliances and knows how to clean and maintain them
- Calm under pressure and tight deadlines
- 3 years in professional high volume kitchen
Preferred skills and qualities:
- Passionate about food "foodie"
- Culinary school degree preferred but not mandatory.
Equivalent on the job experience or apprenticeship accepted. - Preferred ServSafe certified
- Preferred fully vaccinated
- Able to create or alter recipes on the fly
- Knowledge of current food trends, can innovate
