Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
- Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils.
- Interact with guests in the serving, retail, and dining areas by following proper guest service procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures.
- Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties.
Requirements:
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- A strong work ethic and ability to communicate with other team members and departments with professionalism and respect.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
