Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor, Full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient, and economic running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory.
• Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members.
• Conduct Inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation, and review of team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in vending/foodservice is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and ability to communicate with all levels of a company.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good driving record.
• Professional appearance.
