What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Bartender position at AVI RESORT AND CASINO?
Summary:
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages orders (from guests and Food/Beverage Servers) according to set procedures as well as act as a property host.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Open and close assigned bars/outlets at the proper time and to the standards set.
- Take drink orders from guests and food/Beverage Servers.
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages according to set procedures and recipes.
- Ensure all orders are properly rung up on the POS computer to the correct profit center.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
