What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Back position at AVI RESORT AND CASINO?
Summary:
Properly store, secure, handle, care for and issue goods, material and merchandise for all bars and cocktail stations as well as act as a property host.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all assigned equipment in a proper working manner, reporting all problems, damage and general condition as required to the Beverage Manager or Beverage Supervisor.
- Continually monitor, maintain and clean all areas of responsibility.
- Fill in for bartender as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
