Summary:
Ensure proper quality control over all food items for assigned venue.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Proper presentation of food.
Maintain preparation consistency.
Ensure work area is cleaned and stocked throughout shift.
Ensure proper holding temperatures and storage practices are utilized.
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food service operations preferred.
Familiar with operation of kitchen equipment; general sanitation procedures; overall basic food handling.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
Verify right to work in the United States.
