Description
Summary :
Responsible for cultivating new and existing casino players through relationship building techniques, managing comp and point accounts within myAdvantage Club program and encouraging gaming migration and player loyalty within a rewards based tiered card system.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Greets and answers phones in a professional manner.
- Participates in casino-invited events, concerts and tournaments as scheduled.
- Physically walks the casino floor for all forms of customer service needs.
- Monitors casino floor to identify non-carded players and promotes new card enrollments for myAdvantage Club.
- Create and categorize reports on a daily basis.
- Cultivates player loyalty to the property through building one to one relationships and face-to-face conversation time with guests.
- Responsible for increasing trip activity in prospect and inactive accounts through assigned telemarketing.
- Identifies and recognizes players actively engaged in gaming areas on the casino floor.
- Researches detailed account information to guide casino players on achieving increased card levels within a rewards based tiered card program.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the entire property and all current special events, promotions, invitations and be able to easily explain them to casino players.
- Communicates and documents conversation and daily activities with casino players.
- Maintains competitive market awareness through research and property comparisons.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned

Potential Work Environment Conditions
The work environment is characterized as a casino setting requiring multi-tasking, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud requiring service to guests who may be smoking and / or drinking alcohol. The work environment is a smoking environment in the building as well as occasional work outdoors as needed. Work schedule varies including weekends, holidays and special events.
