Job Description
This role is responsible for creating all print materials, signage, collateral, direct mail pieces, and digital signage. Ensuring daily operations meet guest expectations is essential.
The incumbent must respond to and manage escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staff
- Lead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under division leadership
- Establish standards of service within assigned departments and ensure achievement
- Monitor and control labor within the department while maintaining adequate coverage based on business demands
- Create, order, and install promotional materials
- Daily walk-through of all in-house signage
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in all Design Programs
- Training in Advertising Field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Work Environment:
The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The immediate work environment is smoke free however, regular access to smoking areas is also part of the environment. Work environments change with the development of any and all special events.
