At Avi Resort and Casino, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering this experience by taking food orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve in a proper and courteous manner.
- Ensure all orders are properly rung up on the Point of Sales computer.
- Ensure completion of side work.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a server in a large volume bar/restaurant.
- Tray service/handling experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age; exception - Moon Shadow Grill must be at least 21 years of age.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.
