Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Lead a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure their success.
- Manage the design, production, and installation of promotional materials, signage, and other visual elements.
- Conduct regular audits of in-house signage to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as graphic design or marketing.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in visual experience creation and management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, advertising, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary work cards and verify right to work in the United States.
