Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Re-Roofing Salesperson to join our team in Colorado. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with commercial clients, and driving sales of re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The Commercial Re-Roofing Salesperson will work closely with company leadership and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial consultation through project completion. This individual must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively present and negotiate roofing solutions. Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new re-roofing sales opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Educate clients on roofing materials, installation processes, and cost-effective maintenance plans.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales agreements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local building codes.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to promote company services.
- Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and project process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, preferably in re-roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Colorado as needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
