Job Description:
- Managing the export team to ensure efficient order processing, documentation, and on-time delivery to customers.
- Overseeing customer communication to resolve queries and ensure proactive order tracking.
- Collaborating with internal logistics, veterinary, compliance, and government relations teams to meet health certification and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Providing training and development for team members to maintain high service standards and address performance issues as needed.
- Analyzing data and logistics trends to improve customer service, ensure compliance, and optimize freight costs.
- Supporting investigations into customer complaints to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international export experience required
- 5 years in international exports, with responsibility for managing teams
- Experience working in a global or 24-hour operation a plus
- Foreign language a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to use your initiative and work under pressure
- Must be able to work well in a global team environment and handle the ever-changing priorities of worldwide exports and trade compliance
- Ability to travel domestically on a limited basis to accompany shipments, attend seminars, and interact with our freight forwarders,
- Ability to solve practical problems
