Salary range$75,000 - $100,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)

- Internal and External Communications
- Develop and execute integrated communication campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including potential candidates, teaming partners, customers, and employee-owners.
- Create and curate engaging content for a variety of channels, such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and social media platforms.
- Ensure messaging aligns with company values, mission, and strategic goals.
- Multimedia Content Development and Management
- Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, podcasts, and website assets, to support communication efforts.
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and other digital channels to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
- Oversee the production of multimedia projects, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, for video and podcast editing.
- Integrated Marketing
- Collaborate across departments to align communication efforts with recruitment, business development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Event and Live-Streaming Support (Desired Skills)
- Support audio/visual needs for live-streaming events, podcast recordings, and video production.
- Ensure technical quality and seamless execution of multimedia projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in internal and external communications, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital content strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with website software such as WordPress, Squarespace, Vercel, and Google Analytics
- Experience with audio/visual production, live-streaming, podcasting, and video production.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
