Our Proposal Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Editor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. There is no hour guarantee with this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing federal government proposals and possess excellent technical writing skills.
As a Proposal Editor, you will be crucial in refining and enhancing our government contract proposals. You will work closely with our proposal team to ensure that all submissions are clear, compelling, and fully compliant with federal requirements.

Responsibilities will include
- Edit and proofread government proposals for adherence to RFP guidelines, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure proposal content aligns with win strategies and evaluation criteria
- Meet strict deadlines
- Edit graphics using Adobe PowerPoint to enhance compliance with proposal instructions.
- - Minimum 5 years of experience working with and editing federal government proposals
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in English, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Salary range$ 24 - $30 per hour (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
