We currently have an immediate need for a License Management Engineer, Gurgaon, India.

About the Role: This position would be responsible for managing Software licenses in the customer’s network. and revoke and reassign as per customer's requirements.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Providing Software License keys from customer Aviat Cloud account. 
• Responsible for regular Reconciliation Software licenses installed in customer’s network and validate with available licenses in customer Aviat cloud account.
• Responsible for revoking, reassigning licenses from customer network and place back to Aviat cloud account, if required.
• Responsible for providing regular reports and status to customers on license keys.
• Regular interact and Coordinate with customer, Aviat licensing team and other stakeholders to close all license related issue.
• Reports progress and performance to stakeholders.
• Provides Technical support and training to NMS users.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient license management, including tracking, renewals, and compliance.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Candidate should have knowledge about device license management process.
• Candidate should have a strong experience in microwave equipment of leading OEM-Aviat, Ceragon, Ericsson, Huawei etc.
• Candidate should have understanding of Different NMS.
• Able to work cross functionally and manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Candidate should have an Engineering degree from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar related position.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• develop and maintain complex excel spreadsheets and databases.
• Customer focused behavior.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate others.

• High level understanding of microwave radio and network services.
