Position Purpose
The Campus Executive Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of the college campus. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at fostering a positive educational environment, enhancing student engagement, and achieving institutional goals. The Executive Director will lead efforts in student recruitment and retention, manage financial resources, and oversee staff performance, all while ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
Key Competencies :
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and retain students, including outreach programs, marketing campaigns, and support services that enhance the overall student experience.
- Oversee the campus budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
- Manage and support campus staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and ensure staff adhere to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

What We Offer
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including :
