Position Purpose

The Campus Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving campus growth, empowering staff, and ensuring operational excellence. This position combines strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and talent development to cultivate a thriving campus community. The Executive Director will lead student recruitment and retention efforts, oversee financial performance, and inspire teams toward shared goals—all while upholding AIM's mission and values.

  • Develop and execute campus strategies to support enrollment growth, student outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Align campus initiatives with AIM's mission and long-term institutional objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with accrediting bodies, industry leaders, and local communities.
  • Represent AIM as a trusted leader and advocate for excellence in education.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive student retention and enrollment to support active student growth.
  • Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational costs responsibly.
  • Oversee staffing decisions and leadership development across departments.
  • Prepare for accreditation visits, lead PAC and Advisory Board meetings.
  • Champion a positive and team-oriented culture by developing trusted, productive relationships with students, staff, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Utilize campus systems and data tools to access, analyze, and report key metrics, supporting informed decision-making and effective campus management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director, President, or Vice President of Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience within a post-secondary educational institution (private sector preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership in admissions, retention, and compliance-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CampusNexus experience a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Along with a strong base salary, this role provides significant bonus potential tied to achieving key performance metrics and company goals.
