Position Purpose
This position is responsible for assisting the Campus Executive Director manage day ‐ to ‐ day administrative tasks of the school and to ensure all departments remain in compliance with Accreditation. State, Federal and internal guidelines as determined / defined by the Corporate Compliance Department.
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as an administrative supervisor over campus departmental personnel including financial aid, bursar, registrar, and career services; and acts as a liaison between campus and corporate program directors / coordinators who audit / train each respective administrative department as listed above. In addition, acts as a secondary administrative supervisor in conjunction with the primary administrative supervisors over student services and student representative.
- Assist in implementation of new policies and procedures.Take lead in the update and revision of processes and procedures related to G&E reporting process.
- Update and maintain the company Policy & Procedure Manual as needed.
- Assure that requested reports out of CampusNexis are run and submitted, on schedule, as requested by Campus Executive Director.
- Monitor the flow of student data between all of the above departments to assure speed and accuracy during the processing of applicants between departments as well as communication of active student tracking and changes between all relevant departments to assure accuracy and speed of any pending results.
- Assist with Accreditation, State, and IPEDS Reports.
- Assist with Payroll by collecting and organizing all hours performed by employees and subsequently signing off on the submittal of same.
- Assist in the review and response to all student and employee grievances; ensure Campus Executive Director is aware of any issues.
- Liaison between School and Corporate office for HR questions.
- Ability and willingness to work evening or weekend hours when warranted or deemed necessary by Campus Executive Director.
- Participate in formal and informal mentoring of new employees to support onboarding, training, and joining a positive work culture that supports the institution and its students.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Campus Executive Director.

Monday – Friday : 40 hours per week (regular working hours will be determined with supervisor to ensure students in both day and night programs are supported).
