Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently searching for an experienced Integrated Air and Missile Analyst to join our Huntsville, AL. team.
Responsibilities
Candidate will provide technical and programmatic support an Army Program Office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs. The primary duties to include:
- Provides executive level briefings to potential foreign partners demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Armys Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2).
- Serves as the subject matter expert for IBCS and FAAD C2 International Programs Office.
- Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
- Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards.
Required Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Candidates must have significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS and FAAD C2.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive level staff and foreign partners.
- Understanding of foreign military sales processes is desired.
- Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspenses
- Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product
- Candidate must be able to travel periodically to attend meetings and brief foreign partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment
- Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
