Aviation Parts Executive is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients and helping them find the aviation parts they need. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
No previous sales experience required: Extensive training, mentorship and support provided.
Schedule: 9AM-5PM hours with required availability for key customer appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Work location: In-Person
Salary: $16/hour for the first 6 months, then $12/hour pay plus commission (Sales Milestone Bonus)
Language Requirements: ENGLISH & SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE
