Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with commercial airlines, aviation operators, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the aviation market and expand ASO’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, and compliance officers in the aviation sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Provide consultative sales expertise, understanding customer pain points and demonstrating how ASO’s solutions address their cybersecurity and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and product capabilities.
- Represent ASO at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in aviation, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in B2B sales and a passion for closing deals.
- Understanding of aviation cybersecurity, compliance, or regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, TSA, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with aviation decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools to track and manage leads.
