A rapidly growing aircraft maintenance company "Aviation Support Florida"  is looking for an Immigration Specialist to assist with visa applications, legal documentation, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. immigration law and a passion for helping achieve our immigration goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and lead visa application processes
  • Prepare and review immigration-related documents
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and policies
  • Liaise with government agencies
  • Provide guidance on work permits, permanent residency, and naturalization
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and policy changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in immigration services or legal support
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual skills (Russian) are a plus
