Assesses customer requirements and translates those requirements into a production plan. Interacts with operations, support groups, and customers to improve work scope readiness for aircraft maintenance projects.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Collaborates with leaders to support successful outcome of aircraft maintenance projects. Moderates aircraft pre-induction and post induction review meetings. Thoroughly examines customer program technical data, extracts and communicates critical and required resource requirements (material, tooling, engineering, labor) to successfully execute tasks. Utilizes Production Control System to develop schedules for aircraft and component visits. Conducts and oversees auditing of aircraft maintenance records for purpose of compliance. Initiates adjustments to stocking levels and bill of material based on analysis of material consumption data for aircraft bill of material use, stocking levels, and re-cap reduction. Performs records research and analysis on aircraft records such as major repair, major alteration, SB’s, AD’s, logbooks and material certification. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Minimum of five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience in the heavy check environment required. Current Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.   PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up.  The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.   COMPENSATION  The base salary for this position is $66,414.40 – $99,632.00 (expressed as annualized for exempt), exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. This position is eligible for a quarterly corporate bonus. If you are hired at ATS, your final base salary will be based on factors such as skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range noted above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
