Job Summary: A Physical Therapist Assistant who provides coordinated physical therapy to patients of all age groups under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Essential Functions:
- Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT
- Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to participate in teaching the patient and family
- Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
- Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease
- Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients
- Meets mandatory continuing education requirements; participates in in service programs
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency
- Proficient and comfortable using technology to communicate and perform essential job functions.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure: Current Texas State License to practice physical therapy
Experience: Prior experience as a PTA a plus but new grads welcome!

Salary is based on many factors including but not limited to education, experience and location. Clinician's are in complete control of their earning potential. Once you meet your quota, you earn an additional $15 plus your regular rate as a bonus. Compensation is directly tied to effort; the more efficient you are the higher your earning potential.
