AVIATOR GOLF CENTER - Customer Service Associates
(Part-time 2pm to 7:30 pm Mondays through Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays– Shifts 8am – 2pm and 2pm- 7:30 pm
Aviator * Sport and Events Center, a premier sports and recreation complex which includes Aviator Golf Center/putting range with *75 stalls, a putting green, chipping area, practice bunker, and a Par 3 Golf Course in Riis Park, Queens is currently searching for motivated, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Customer Service Team. Position will begin training March 21, 2025.
· Customer Service to including answering phone, assisting customers with purchases of golf buckets through PeekPro and play-time questions regarding the putting range.

· Contact operations when the ball machine is not working properly for the dispensing of golf balls.
· Update membership profile information and daily purchases in PEEK.
· Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.
· Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines on golf procedures.
· Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
· Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
· Hourly rate $16.50 per hour
Experience/Skills:
1 – 3 years of customer service experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Superior written and verbal communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment.
