- Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Create and serve a variety of craft cocktails and beverages
- Provide detailed information about our food and drink offerings
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Willingness to tend to bar guests and dining guest with the same energy and vigor
- Ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and wait areas
- Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed
- Being an exceptional and supportive team member
- Processing payments accurately
- Previous experience as a bartender
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology or an above average ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, late hours, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Provide or obtain a food handlers permit
- Provide or obtain TABC certification
