We are seeking a like-minded, experienced, and versatile industry professional to fill our entry level Quality Assurance Analyst position.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a talented, motivated team member with a passion for releasing quality websites to our clients. This will entail working closely with our developers to ensure that our final product meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations. You must be a team player who will support our overall vision for assigned Web Design, Development, and Marketing projects.
Daily Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute testing plans based off of functional requirement documents.
- Facilitate testing of automated tests and manual testing processes.
- Flush out edge case scenarios, data inconsistencies and hard to reproduce bugs.
- Ensure timing and security requirements for projects are met.
- Write bug reports and clear concise instructions on how to reproduce the bug and how it was resolved.
- Approve release candidates as being ready for production.
- Pushing code from development, staging and production environment.
- Facilitate regression testing of critical systems.
- Cross-browser / Device testing
Experience and Skills needed to get the job done:
- 1 years’ experience facilitating test plans
- Passionate about learning new Web technologies and systems, with a high level of ownership of your work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with good instincts and determination—no quitters!
- Quality customer service skills—this sets us apart from other firms!
- Experience using automated UI testing software such as Selenium is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture and the small details, while driving results.
- Associate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics preferred--or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
