Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and lead a new office in Tampa, FL, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage civil engineering projects from initial planning through successful completion.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide junior engineers and staff to build a strong local team.
- Oversee project design, execution, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Drive business development efforts by fostering client relationships and securing new projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project and business goals.
